Refund policy
We do not offer refunds unless items are damaged or defective. All sales are final. But we have a 7-day exchange policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
To start an exchange, please visit our Return Center. If your exchange is accepted, please mail your item to the address at the bottom of this page. Our team is only obligated to issue return labels for damaged or defective items (including orders where an incorrect size was sent).

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange process, order the correct (new) size and email our team afterward for a refund on the previous order. Sizes are not held for exchanges. If your requested size goes out of stock, you will be issued a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are rare exceptions to our exchange/refund policy, but please email us about certain circumstances.Â
Refunds
